Whisper Before the Silence
The woman stood in silence, holding two similar fruits in her palms, as if they were two possibilities indistinguishable to a passing glance. Her face was hidden behind a pink mist, for fear often veils features before it veils the truth.
The fruits were not merely nourishment, but symbols of choice: to see early, or to delay vision until it is too late. Above the scene, a dark ribbon reminded her that illness does not knock loudly on doors; it whispers first, waiting for someone who will listen.
She extended her hands with steadiness, not to offer the fruits, but to declare that early screening is an act of courage, and that knowledge, when it arrives on time, saves what cannot be replaced. And as the mist thinned slightly, she realized that prevention is not fear of disease, but love for life, and a conscious choice to remain.
